Mr. Frazier joined the Law Offices of Steven R. Bangerter as an associated in March 2005.  His primary areas of practice are insurance defense and personal injury.

Mr. Frazier was born and raised in San Francisco, CA.  He graduated from San Diego State University cum laude in 1995 with a degree in Criminal Justice Administration.  After receiving his degree, he returned to the Bay Area, where he worked in the Social Services arena, managing employment programs serving persons with disabilities.  In 1998, he returned to the San Diego area, where he eventually started two additional programs for persons with disabilities, including a benefits planning program for persons receiving Social Security benefits.  Mr. Frazier is certified by the Social Security Administration as a Certified Benefits Counselor.

In 2000, Mr. Frazier began attending Thomas Jefferson School of Law.  While in law school, Mr. Frazier was named to the honor roll each semester, was appointed literary editor of the law review, and authored an article published in the Fall 2004 Thomas Jefferson Law Review entitled, ?when the International Shoe Doesn?t Fit,? analyzing choice-of-law and jurisdictional issues arising from online auction disputes.  Mr. Frazier also served as a law clerk for the Honorable J. Richard Haden of the San Diego Superior Court.  In 2003, Mr. Frazier received his Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson, graduating cum laude.

Shortly after graduating from law school, but prior to taking the Bar Exam, Mr. Frazier clerked for a small insurance defense firm in San Diego, wherein he gained valuable experience in several areas, including construction defect, personal injury, general civil litigation, and insurance coverage.  He also served as a consultant for non-profit programs seeking federal funding for implementation of programs funded by the Social Security Administration.

Mr. Frazier accepted a position as an attorney upon passing the Bar Exam, and in the spring of 2004, joined Farmer & Case a medium-sized law firm in San Diego.  His practice at Farmer & Case was in the areas of insurance coverage, personal injury, construction defect, and automotive liability.

In the spring of 2005, Mr. Frazier joined the Law Offices of Steven Bangerter, focusing his practice on insurance defense, personal injury, and general civil litigation.  He works out of both the St. George, Utah and Oakland, California Offices.

In his free time, Mr. Frazier enjoys spending time with his wife and son, playing softball and tennis, playing guitar, participating in fantasy baseball and football leagues, and hanging out with his three dogs, two birds, frog, and chinchilla.  Mr. Frazier is also an avid San Francisco Giants and 49ers fan.  Please don?t hold that against him.
