Nathaniel Brown’s Retrial in Willoughby Hills Murder Case Begins

After being convicted of Aggravated Murder and sentenced to life in prison, Ohio’s 11th District Court of Appeals found that the defendant was given an unfair trial. Matthew C. Bangerter, criminal defense attorney and owner of Fortress Law Group, fought for the conviction to be overturned, stating that the only thing his client did wrong was not act by speaking up about the crime committed.
