Mr. Bangerter has established this firm with offices in Oakland, California, and St. George, Utah.  Previously, Mr. Bangerter served on the Board of Directors as a Partner with the thirty member Costa Mesa, California based firm of Cooksey, Toolen, Gage, Duffy & Woog.  Mr. Bangerter's firm practices in the areas of Insurance Defense, Personal Injury, Professional Negligence, Business Litigation, Contracts, Church-Related Law, Non-Profit Organizations and Catastrophic Brain Injury. 

 

Prior to entering the field of law, Mr. Bangerter worked as a licensed Radiation Therapist, with advanced training in Intra-Operative Radiation Oncology.  In 1986, he was honored to receive a Blue-Ribbon Award for his research and resulting publication of "The Ultimate Modality for Irradiation and Treatment of Breast Cancer."  Mr. Bangerter has been a licensed Radiation Therapist by both the California and American Registries of Radiologic Technology.  This background assists in providing an insightful approach to cases involving serious bodily injury.
